[COOT] how to install coot in ubuntu10.4

I'm a freshman,could anyone tell me how to install coot in ubuntu10.4?I have 
downloaded coot-Linux-i686-ubuntu-8.04.4-gtk2-python, 
coot-0.6.2-pre-1-revision-3462-binary-Linux-i686-ubuntu-8.04.4-python, 
coot-0.6.2-pre-1-revision-3464-binary-Linux-i686-ubuntu-8.04.4, 
coot-0.6.2-pre-1-revision-3464-binary-Linux-i686-ubuntu-8.04.4-gtk2,but I don't 
know how to install.Oh,please remember that ubuntu is a virtual OS via 
VMware7.0 in windows xp.
