Hi , I was wondering how to enable the valence view in coot. Currenty when I prodrg-ify a residue it shows the ligand with aromatic rings and double bonds. Once I run through refmac the view is reset to the usual coot view. Is there a way to have coot show the ligand with double bonds and aromatic rings permanently.
Also , Is there a way to add hydrogens to just the ligand ? . Or a setting to have coot keep the hydrogens that prodrg-ify puts into the ligand during a refmac refinement from within coot. Currently refmac removes the hydrogens during refinement and this may be some preference that I toggled and dont remember doing so. I am using the coot 0.7-pre-1 (revision 3748) Thanks Hari
