Hi all, I'm running stand-alone Coot for OS X, version Coot 0.8-pre EL(version 4996). I experienced a crash when attempting to regularize a zone (3 residues) in which the center residue has 2 conformations with relatively bad geometry. This has been happening several times with this version. This is what the terminal displayed.
