Hi,
Different versions of coot do things differently. Many versions of coot
rely on CCP4. Maybe the CCP4 program libcheck didn't work as expected -
or was not available.
General advice is to report the tar file you used and the
console/terminal output. It's hard to advise on what the problem is and
how to proceed.
