Dear all, I just upgraded my system to ubuntu 18.04 and installed the latest version coot-0.8.9.2-pre-revision-7644-binary-Linux-x86_64-ubuntu-18.04.1-python-gtk2, but I had a problem of real space refinement. I adjusted the model to fit the density by moving the residues and broke the peptide bond. The real space refinement could not connect the residues and all of them were scattered.
