Watching Paul's introduction on YouTube (www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhB8qUBBnJQ), It seems to be much snappier than 0.8.9 and have a lot of nice features, such as rotamer and ramachandran indicators. Anyone having luck with building the 0.9 beta (https://www2.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/personal/pemsley/coot/binaries/pre-releases/experimental/) on a mac or have binaries? I have High Sierra and use Homebrew for most libraries and commandline tools. In the new version, I have problem generating ProSMART restraints for RNA. It works fine for proteins. Anyone else experiencing the same problem and know how to solve it?
