I used coot to calculate the pore profile of a channel. It worked great. Then I wanted to make a figure using pymol with the small dots calculated by coot. I found the output file hole_surface_dots.dat didn't seem to be a pdb file. Is there any way to export the coordinates of the small dots as a pdb file? Thanks, Lei
