Dear colleagues, We are doing the model building using COOT.
We got our cryo-em map using SCIPION (running relion software inside the SCIPION) The problem is that when we open the map in COOT although it opens without any error we see nothing. We checked the centering and magnification issues and this is not the case. The only difference we noticed is a very wide Map Histogram scale (in COOT). Does anyone know what can be the reason and how to fix that? Thank you in advance.
