I assume that Modeling=Make Link in WinCoot is not making the covalent bond, do I am right? "and there is one in Coot too, it's in the CCP4 Modules menu and creates a new menu item." I don't know where I can find the CCP4 Modules in WinCoot? Is it possible to run Acedrg using WinCoot or only Coot? I will try to do this starting from CCP4i2, hope will be more successful. "The CCP4 program for dictionary generation is Acedrg these days. How did you hear about PRODRG?" I just used it in the past and it's still available in CCP4i, but I will swich to Acedrug.
