Crystallographic projects are rarely big these day compared to disk sizes. Use $ du -s --si CCP4-project to see how much disk space you are using.
When I delete a job nothing appears in Trash? Do the files evaporate somehow??
I doubt that CCP4i2 interacts with the OS in that way. I think that it's likely they get removed rather than staged for removal.
