Hi everyone, I'm trying to build coot from the buit-it script on Ubuntu 16.04 and I'm getting exactly the same error as described here. The coot pre-realese is downloaded normally (after the Raster3d error) but no executable is generated.
I'm very new to coot. I tried to compile it manually but I could not locate clipper (even though I gave the flag --with-clipper-prefix in the configure script). Thanks!
