I'm using coot 0.9.1-pre for OS X from ccpem-20200722. I find that while I can hide hydrogen atoms as expected using Edit>Bond Parameters, when I change my molecule representation to Bond (Colour by Chain), the hydrogens return as individual atoms.
Middle of July? Ancient history. I think I've fixed it. At least, I can't reproduce it now. "Colour by Chain" now implies "bond by dictionary," FWIW.
I also see some strange connection behavior in colour by chain mode, such as a bond drawn between O3 and C1 of adjacent NAGs; a screenshot is attached.
Curious orange bonds - suggests a phosphorus atom, but that can't be right. Looks like a bug in CHO linkage. I will investigate.
