Dear Coot users,
I have a current problem with adding ligands to my structure.
When i try to add the ligand via SMILES the error:
WARNING: in init_refmac_mon_lib, file "acedrg-LIG.cif" not found
appears.
Using the ligand builder crashes the programm sometimes or just takes
forever to load.
Is this a known problem?
My machine is currently not conected to the Internet, could that be a problem?
