Hi, I'm using VcXsrc on WSL2/Ubuntu 18.04. I had a bunch of libraries that I needed to manually symlink, but once coot started, I had no problems.
Kind regards, Erwin -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: Mailing list for users of COOT Crystallographic Software <COOT@JISCMAIL.AC.UK> Namens Andrew Purkiss Verzonden: maandag 23 november 2020 18:39 Aan: COOT@JISCMAIL.AC.UK Onderwerp: Re: WSL2 installation I also have this issue with VcXsrc. My alternative is Mobaxterm. This can launch its own instance of a WSL Linux distribution or run its own internal shell. Running the internal shell gives a flickery Coot, whilst running WSL OpenSuse gives a smoother response.
