Hi Kenneth,

the problem is

Illegal instruction

which means that your computer's CPU does not understand the code, or more technically, that its "instruction set" does not comprise the instruction that it encounters.
So I guess that you use a rather old computer.
The fix is
a) to use a newer computer
b) potentially: to use the CCP4 distribution for old AMD CPUs
c) the person who produces the binary should use more conservative compiler 
options
