I’ve updated to macOS Ventura 13.1 I’ve updated to coot 0.9.8.6 I’ve updated to Xquartz 2.8.3
The window still ‘minimizes' instantly. Adrian’s ‘Keep delete active’ trick works until I close the ‘Delete Item’ window, then the main coot window minimizes.
