Dear coot developers/users, I want to use the “read refmac external restraints” tool (within the restraints module).
By using a syntax that refmac understands, coot actually doesn’t and complains : "INFO:: Failed to match restraint to templates: exte dist first chain V0 resi 52 atom O second chain V0 resi 301 atom CA value 2.3 sigma 0.02 not 24 words” (same happens with other restraints, such as an angle restraint : "external angle first chain V0 residue 102 atom O next chain V0 residue 301 atom CA next chain V0 residue 401 atom O value 180 sigma 2”) How should I write the external restraints instructions so that coot understands?
