Hi Paul, As you suggested, using difference maps is solving the filtering issues with set_difference_map_peaks_closeness = 0.0
But I have additional interrogations. When I use "difference_map_peaks(2,0,15,1.0,1,0,1)" in the python scripting panel or as a command in a script, the three last INT parameters do not seem to provide different results when they are set to 1 or 0. For the fifth parameter (0 or 1) I always end up with a map showing positive and negative contours. Did I do something wrong or are these commands inactivated ? Also, the fourth parameter is "float max_closeness" - does it overwrite the one set by set_difference_map_peaks_closeness Thanks, Pascal ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the COOT list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=COOT&A=1 This message was issued to members of www.jiscmail.ac.uk/COOT, a mailing list hosted by www.jiscmail.ac.uk, terms & conditions are available at https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/policyandsecurity/
