pops up:

NameError: name 'delete_residue_range' is not defined
I’m clearly doing this wrong…apologies, but cannot find any help/workaround.
Coot is now a responsible pythonic community member and no longer
splurges its functionality into the global namespace.
So,
import coot
coot.delete_residue_range(0, "A", 10, 20)
