Regarding the coot python functions,
most of them share the same name, but you'll need to import the Coot
module first. For example, you would use coot.read_pdb. There’s
documentation available online, although it’s still a work in progress.

We wrote a very lengthy script for Coot 0.9.8.96 that opens GTK
windows.
We would like to translate them so that they will work with 1.0
versions (Linux, Mac, Wincoot, ...).
