Hi everyone, We are having some issues as well. We have been using coot 1 in the new OS Tahoe and we do see the space group in the terminal, but it does not show the symmetry. Even with the 'Master Switch' turned on, and the 'Symmetry always on’ on, still, it does not show the symmetry. Any idea? The structure comes from Refmac.
Thank you so much! Best, Jessica. Laboratory of Structural Neurobiology Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine (CMM) KU Leuven, Belgium. When I switch on the option to show symmetry atoms - it still doesn't seem to show them. I've tried toggling it on/off, selecting symmetry always on, and nothing seems to work to display the symmetry molecules. - Make sure that you are using a large enough radius - Check that the spacegroup info was passed: Python import coot coot.show_spacegroup(0) and check that it says something sensible in the terminal Paul. ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the COOT list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=COOT&A=1 This message was issued to members of www.jiscmail.ac.uk/COOT, a mailing list hosted by www.jiscmail.ac.uk, terms & conditions are available at https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/policyandsecurity/ ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the COOT list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/WA-JISC.exe?SUBED1=COOT&A=1 This message was issued to members of www.jiscmail.ac.uk/COOT, a mailing list hosted by www.jiscmail.ac.uk, terms & conditions are available at https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/policyandsecurity/
