I've noticed that when I try to refine the peptide bonds associated with alternate conformations Coot (v1.1.18, though I also noticed in this 0.9.8.3) doesn't enforce a planar peptide bond. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a work around (or some setting somewhere that I've missed)? I didn't use to have this issue in older versions of coot.
