sorry i think i missed this
would the uri be
har://hdfs-host:port/dir/my.har/file/in/har
or har:hdfs://host:port/dir/my.har/file/in/har
the first one is not opaque but will only work with HDFS. We are implicitly
assuming that this is a hdfs archives.
that might be ok though. I am not against it.
