Some comments:
1) The UI should be changed to not have the new row on cleanup task; instead,
you could have a link for the current status of the cleanup task (like "Cleanup
Pending", "Cleanup Running", etc. and have them linked to the TIP). I am not
very comfortable with such a big change in the UI where you have a separate row
altogether for the cleanup task.
2) There are some wrong comments in the code.
