[REMIND] Hadoop 0.19.0 Feature Freeze Friday 9/19

A reminder that Hadoop 0.19 Feature Freeze is Friday, September 19, at  
which time all features and improvements for this release must be  
*committed*.

In these last few days, you may not want to wait for Hudson to test  
your patch.  Instead, follow the directions at http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/HowToContribute 
 under "Testing your patch".  This describes how to run "ant test- 
patch".  Please copy and paste the output from this command into the  
Jira issue along with a statement that you ran "ant test" and all unit  
tests passed.
