I went all the way into hadoop/site/author/src/documentation/content/xdocs/ to
generate the diff for this patch. Let me know if that doesn't work and I can
redo things.
For now, I'm linking to the Hive wiki page so that we don't block on the
creation of the Hive site in Forrest.
