For examples,
# create a file /a+b/foo but not close it
# rename /a+b/foo to /a+b/bar/foo
Then, the corresponding INodeFileUnderConstruction will be moved from /a+b/foo
to /a+b/bar/foo but the lease path remains unchanged.
