Owen, sure this makes sense. Just one point is that I might need the job id
along with the task id. But that's still within the same spirit.
I will also make the other changes you have suggested like blocking root user.
I've also added a CLEANUP_TASK_DIR command to the executable which is now able
to cleanup the directories after task is completed. This is called from the
CleanupQueue thread in task tracker.
