Fix Eclipse configuration to work with ivy

Following HADOOP-3305, not all third party jars reside in lib, instead they are
managed by ivy. The Eclipse configuration needs updating so it finds the jars.
The IvyDE Plugin may be able to do this, see
http://ant.apache.org/ivy/ivyde/index.html.
