Test case:
Start the agent
Add a fileTailing adaptor to a file & validate that this adaptor is written to
the checkpoint
remove the adaptor using the shutdown command on port 9093 (default)
wait for the next checkpoint file to be written
The adaptor should no longer be there but it is
