Was trying to make the minor changes stack suggested and found that tfile no
longer applies to trunk due to the removal of Lzo codec by HADOOP-4874.
Given the performance advantage of lzo, it is probably not a good idea to
abandon lzo support completely. Need to allow TFile to accept external Lzo
codec implementation.
