As the number of users in a hadoop cluster increases, it gets difficult to
manage Queues and ACLs in mapred-site.xml . Its good to have a CLI interface
to update mapred-site.xml and validate the configuration. The CLI should provie
- list of current ACLs
- Update and refresh ACLs
