Cancelling patch to incorporate offline-review comments from Sharad.
Comments include :
1. remove system.exit call in run method
2. remove Job.setJobPriority and Job.cleanupProgress methods
3. Change TestQueueManager.verifyJobKill to wait till job completes, instead of
cleanup completes.
