Adding Josh Bloch as a member of the Core Libraries Group

I'd like to add Josh Bloch as a member of this group.
Should I hold the call for votes (I've never done that)
or should a Sun person help do that?  Does the
Core Libraries Group have a moderator?  If so,
how would I find out?
