That set of pages is mostly filled with promises of the form "This section
will contain...".  For

This is the main navigation for the document and the primary entry point. It
is intended to be a quick start and overview which will have a hyperlinked
diagram indicating sample work flows for common operations such as
submitting a bug fix and adding a new API.

At one time these sections also contained a schedule for when they would be
completed, but those dates have long since passed and the schedule has been
removed.  It appears that supporting external contributors was never very
high-priority.
