Why do we need a new JDK bug? I think we should use JDK-8029891 and fix
it in JDK 9.
2. We put java/lang/ClassLoader/deadlock/GetResource.java to ProblemList.
Is this intermittent? I believe it's not. Since this is a bug, it's
more appropriate to add @ignore to the test as I think I won't fix this
soon.
