This looks okay but I just wonder if we have any tests that check the for
specific NamingExceptions that would help tell us if there is any behavior

I could be reading the code incorrectly but I don't see that there will b any
change in behaviour, with respect to the exception been thrown.
You may be right but I just wonder if switching from RMISecurityManager
requires any additional handling in wrapRemoteException, maybe
SecurityException. I don't know if there are tests that exercise all of
these scenarios and my comment was mostly just to see if such tests exists.
