I think the general issue is that this section of TEST.groups is not
easy to maintain. New tests are added or being changed all the time and
if the tests aren't also run continuously on compact profile builds then
it might be some time before anyone notices. Hopefully we will soon be
at the point where we can completely remove this section from the
TEST.groups file and use the jtreg @modules support.
