Hello,

Please review the fix below to address
    JDK-8139925: Problem list LFMultiThreadCachingTest.java on windows

The test in question,

    test/java/lang/invoke/LFCaching/LFMultiThreadCachingTest.java

suffers from a continuing low-frequency intermittent failure on windows 
due to  JDK-8131129. Until the underlying problem is addressed, the test 
should be problem listed on the affected platforms, windows in this case.
