RFR (JAXP): 8147051: StaxEntityResolverWrapper should create StaxXMLInputSource with a resolver indicator

Happen to notice that the indicator that the source was created by a 
resolver was not set in StaxEntityResolverWrapper. Also, it's 
"IsCreatedByResolver" rather than "hasResolver".
