All the modifiied tables have been visually checked with an
accessibility checker.
There does not however appear to be a visual difference between the
JDK 9 javadoc and the javadoc generated in a JDK 10 clone with this
patch applied.

Yes, the differences will show up when using a screen reader or some
form of accessibility checker. There should not be any noticeable
difference for most users.
