New commit: marked tests as `manual`, as per Maurizio's request. This forced me to drop the `timeout=` clauses, as those are incompatible with `manual` (jtreg plainly refuses to run these). Since OpenJDK build always passes `-a` to tests, one would need to run the jtreg separately to get tests to run, which also includes setting up nativepath appropriately.
