Changing this back to Thread.MAX_PRIORITY should fix the problem. I tried the patch <https://github.com/amCap1712/jdk/commit/b894bda67f9f4f8f48ba97679247a8218f6b95dc> locally and it seems to fix the issue for me. If it is fine, I would like to submit this fix.
