Yes, and many if not all superio chips have documented GPIO pins.
Intel northbridges have GPIO lines in the integrated graphics display
(IGD). Not usually documented in datasheets.
Intel southbridges also have GPIO lines.
And every SuperIO has many GPIO lines.
