Going back to QEMU 2.3 (was previously using 2.4) fixed my keyboard input and boot issues with SeaBIOS. I am able to boot into my Live Linux image now. I still have the same reboot issue when using FILO as my coreboot payload, but as of right now I think SeaBIOS should be sufficient for my needs.
