You would want to comment out the following at least:
  src/mainboard/asus/am1i-a/buildOpts.c:#define
BLDOPT_REMOVE_ECC_SUPPORT              TRUE

For 240-pin DDR3 DIMMs, ECC an non-ECC pinouts should be the same; I
see no harm in testing am1i-a with coreboot with ECC DIMMs.
