Create FspBin and Include subdirectory (similar to 3rdparty\fsp\ElkhartLakeBinPkg) Copy the includes from the Intel FSP package to the include subdirectory. Copy the FSP binary to FspBIn The next step is to create Intel soc support (src\soc\intel\rocketlakeport). You can port e.g. \soc\intel\tigerlake to Rocket Lake. Final step is creating src\mainboard.
