would it be possible to pay for a service to port x1 carbon gen 6 to 
coreboot? or thinkpad x280 or both?

I am aware deguard can be used for this purpose, because of an intel me 
vulnerability.

Is there a price someone would be willing to do this for?

Would want boot guard disabled, plus intel me disabled + coreboot.
