The chromiumos eclass-overlay https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/overlays/eclass-overlay/ fixes enewuser in ebuild's, so that the new user is properly added to the target instead of just the build environment.
For what reason would this not be included in coreos? Is it because in coreos one should not be building the sorts of packages that make use of enewuser ? Sam Jam
