Thank you very much for all the testing.

Overall thing seem good. Most of the common and recent platforms pass
all tests. The others have only a few failing.

I'll try to fix some this weekend which aren't too much of a pain (*)
and Pádraig can determine which ones he deems important enough to block
a release for.

(*) I wasted some time setting up a FreeBSD 12.0 VM, since building the
Texinfo port requires a remote file which does not exist. FreeBSD 12.4
builds it okay, but does not have the bug that you reported earlier.
That is an example of one is probably too much of a pain for me to fix.
